Your resume is the critical first step in the job seeking process and key to differentiating yourself and getting attention. We’ll help you create a game-changing resume for today’s competitive job market that gets you interviews.
You are a few steps away from having your new resume in your hands.

Step 1 – Email us your resume (if you have one) and a description of your ideal job.

We’ll review your resume and explain to you how we would recommend improving it and we will confirm the cost.

Step 2 - Sign the client agreement.
|
We’ll send you a client agreement to sign and return, confirming you want to proceed. Payment is not required until you are satisfied with your new resume.

Step 3 - Tell us in detail about your target job(s), accomplishments, skills and competencies.
|
We will guide you through a detailed 1-1/2 hour phone conversation about your work history and unique contributions.

|
Step 4 - Receive a first draft within one week.
|
We know you’ll recognize a significant improvement in your resume. We’re also glad to make any changes you request.

Step 5 - Receive your final resume; send payment.

Fee: $500 -$750, depending on the extent of the resume changes required. I will let you know the fee upfront after reviewing your resume and speaking with you. There is no charge for an initial resume review and discussion.
Interview Preparation
Interview preparation is key to your success. Based on years of first-hand experience and success coaching people through the process, we will help you focus your interview preparation. We provide guidance and insights that will enable you to be your best –confident and articulate—in the interview.
Fee: $150 for a one-hour coaching conversation and $250 for two, one-hour sessions.
Job Offer Coaching
Your hard work has paid off and you have an offer in hand! We can help you analyze the job fit with your career goals and help you decide if it is the right choice for you. We can also guide you through the negotiation process to ensure a win/win outcome with an appropriate offer package.
Fee: $150 for a one-hour coaching conversation and $250 for two, one-hour sessions.
