Ellen Resnick is an award-winning employee communication professional who has completed highly successful consulting engagements for major companies including Pfizer, Novartis, Honeywell, Colgate-Palmolive, J&J and TIAA-CREF. Ellen is an accomplished writer who has written speeches, presentations and electronic communications for many senior corporate leaders as well as copy for intranet sites, brochures, marketing materials, and more.
Ellen is passionate about helping managers and leaders communicate more effectively. She has now turned a personal passion into a business – helping individuals present their professional background to prospective employers in a compelling way that gets them interviews and jobs. To provide optimal customer value and service, Ellen has partnered with an insightful executive recruiter with a depth of experience coaching candidates on resume improvements, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.
Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Ellen held employee communication and marketing/product management positions at Pfizer Inc., Warner-Lambert Consumer Healthcare, The Mennen Company, Lever Brothers, and Procter & Gamble.
Ellen has a B.S. in Marketing from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Ellen is a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE). She is a Board Member of International Association of Business Communicators (IABC/NJ).
